Food keeps the body healthy but what keeps our brain fit and active?

We eat, sleep, work laugh and think that by doing such things keeps us strong, active, lively and bold. But that's not it. You must have noticed that in spite of by following a fixed schedule you still feel tired, exhausted and fed up with the constant struggles of everyday life. What we do not care about is our brain.
Here I will tell you some important ways to keep your brain development steady and healthy.

Indulge in Creative Activities
No matter how hard life gets never let the strings of your guitar loosen. Get yourself indulge in fun-filled and creative activities. It opens up your brain and consciousness and nurtures a body with rejuvenated spirit. Play guitar or instruments or indulge in any complicated task.

Mental Exercise
To avoid the growth of neurodegenerative disease you need to get involved in good mental exercise. Take a sheet of paper and write down the task you feel comfortable in doing.
