The Question is: HOW did a Modern Market Development promoted as a Joint Venture between Ibile holdings and Growmore Development Ventures AWARDED to Elektrint Nigeria Limited by the Lagos State Government under Babatunde Raji Fashola become a 200 unit Housing Estate under LagosHOMS under the same Governor? How can a contract be awarded with Contractor mobilised to site as evidenced by the site board only for the contract to disappear and another fresh project be awarded on the very same site?
