Hello, please I need your urgent reply on this. What's the best solar panel connect for a this solar system. Its a 8 battery system (12v 200ah) with 20 solar 350w solar panel(39.8voc,10.8imp). I'm thinking connection 5 pairs in series then parallel them will be best. My friend suggested 10 pairs in series then parallel both. I will like suggestion on the best panel connection for optimal result

Assuming it is a 450/500VoC hybrid or rated charge controller, with your VoC 10 panels in series will slide through no problem, while they are parallel together.

Assuming the both exist on a single/same panel.

Yes that can be an option, but if your load is sufficient with one inverter, getting 2 hybrid Inverters doubles the cost hence it may not be a cheaper approach

Be weary of adding a permanent extra charger to your battery without planning for it properly, otherwise you can kill your battery especially when the different chargers are not talking to each other and working independently.

If you are not talking about hybrid inverter, then go for SMR. That inverter is crazy rugged. I've not switched off mine for about 5 months now. It works 24/7. Bought it February this year.
