Where is the battery? Charge controller can't work without a battery bank. I did something similar for my setup although in my case I used it for power the Raspberry Pi 4 (which I use for energy monitoring) directly from the battery bank (thus by passing the inverter)

What I did was to get a DC to DC converter. One that can convert between 10v -80v to a steady 5v 3A. I got this from AliExpress https://a.aliexpress.com/_m0XxHLU

Next I got a female USB C female with + and - cable.

I connected th USB c connector to the voltage regulator and was able to power the Pi with a USB c to USB A cable. Of cause the DC converter is connected to the 48v (nominal) battery bank.

Does anyone know if this can be modified or adaptation that can be done to make it usable for home appliances in NIgeria since our nominal voltage is 220v ?

Simple. Add a good quality step up transformer.
I work in an environment that was originally American in most of its appliances and had to contend with Nigerian 230v.

Some of our step ups are large and central like in the picture attached but some are quite small like 1kw etc

A lightening strike took out my axpert 3kva [ipowerplus] inverter and I'm so pained. Took the inverter for repairs and every where I took it in Anambra, I'm told its toast. I'm still looking for anyone that repair it maybe in Lagos. Currently in the market for a replacement and prices are scary

Same happened to my felicity hybrid, lost it to the first thunderstorm of last year, luckily it was fixed under warranty. Since then, my installer has incorporated layers of protection to the system. And it's working perfectly well
