You mean the same faith that stopped the killing of twins in calabar. That halted the sacrifice of humans. That turned ppl away from vile demonic worship of idols. That brought education on the wings of the gospel. You can't talk about the civilization of Africa without talking about the church. You may need to travel back in time to fully comprehend the positive impact Christianity has had on the landscape of Africa.

Everywhere Christianity has passed through till date is a bastion of peace. The continents we hold are the most functional and peaceful. From Europe, NAmerica, Austria and Oceania and even S/Africa.

What North Koreans do is venerate Kim as the Supreme Leader since the means of production are overseen by Him . In Confucianism , its adherents including the religious atheists venerate and worship the spirits of the ancestors ; in Catholicism , its adherents venerate Mary , the mother of Jesus . But these entities are not seen as gods though they are worshiped and venerated by the adherents .

The atheist Confucians also erect alters of worship for these spirits and even perform rituals . We've seen Catholics bow down and worship the statue of Mary . But these spirits and Mary are not gods . The same thing happens with North Korea .

The worship and veneration of Kim does not mean he is a god in North Korea , its the way totalitarian governments subjugate and control their masses . There is no such conferment of the godhood titleship to the North Korean Supreme Leader .

The killing of twins was just an example out of many and it is by far more than what Atheism could and ever did. If all you think Christianity did was stopping the killing of twins then think again. virtually every community in Africa is linked to some horrid practice whether it is female genital mutilation, annual human sacrifice, marriage with the dead, OSU, Monarchial cannibalism( Eating of a predecessors heart) For instance prior to the establishment of Christianity every Yoruba person knows that when a King dies a certain number of heads most roll to "Escort the King to the Beyond" but gradually that changed as Christianity and even Islam got a strong hold on the Yoruba monarchy. Now the last ooni did not eat the heart of his predecessor because of his Christian faith.


Christianity was an entire cultural change. It redefined how we lived. From giving us better families by encouraging monogamy to bridging and bringing communities together.

Christianity started after the death of Jesus. Precisely after Jesus died. So pls tell me where in the new testament this was instructed thank you. I guess the word u wanted to use was evil and not demonic. Nevertheless only God defines what is evil or not. Even after he ordered the slaughter of an entire community in the OT we still call him The good Lord.
