If you notice, during FEC meetings the so called "Acting President" will not sit on the seat meant for whoever is presiding as "President"

The seat is just left empty like some ritual or whatever. These so called FEC members should let go of "Self" and begin to ask fundamental questions.

Questions like if they "Presidency" say there is no vacuum in Government then why is there a vacuum in the seat meant for the President during FEC meetings?
