Someone claimed that *Biscuit bone* is *Brisket bone*, in my usual curious self, I decided to consult my best friend...google. I found out there is nothing like *Brisket bone*. Infact Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brisket The bone known as biscuit bone was probably named so because of the soft nature of the bone. |
