Motion Yield Limited, is Nigeria's leading consumer finance provider, managed by a team of young professionals whose experience in consumer finance and banking, spans over a decade. Their management team are all experienced and qualified, with ability and authority to make quick, logical and ‎intelligent decisions relating to credit. Their vision is to be Nigeria's premier consumer finance provider‎, with a focus on financial solutions and systems. Motion Yield Limited, provides various types of loans without collateral, in Lagos. Their main activity is to provide Nigerians with short term consumer loans, to meet their immediate need(s).

Their target is to issue financial assistance & loans, to consumers within their target market with ease, in the quickest way. For anyone to qualify, they must be at least 20 years old, live and work in Lagos with a minimum of 3 months in current employment, and also have a current bank account, that has been active for 6 months. They must also fulfill other requirements.

Oyelaja Abiodun's vision, is to transform consumer lending in Nigeria into something distinctive and memorable, using technology to create this unique customer experience.

"My greatest achievement has been setting up Motion Yield Limited. But our greatest risk, is the risk of default on loans. Solving the challenge involves having a robust, skillful, efficient and experienced Risk Department. Determination, Skill and Focus are some of the most important qualities required for success." http://motionyield..com.ng/2015/08/exclusive-interview-with-ceo-motion.html

"Payday loans and other kinds of short term loans, are intended to help people in emergency situations. We already mentioned that these loans are quite expensive actually, like all the unsecured credit products. When the loan is unsecured, it means more risk for the lender, and that’s why the lender charges higher interest rate. Before taking out loans for short-term consider other options you have.

Think - if you can turn to relatives or friends, or maybe there are cheaper credit products available for you. Take out a short term loan only if you have an emergency situation. And take out only one loan! Multiple loans can bring you multiple problems, later". http://motionyield..com.ng/2015/04/advice-on-using-short-term-loans.html

3 Apprenticeship especially technical

Our governors need to setup a school to training program in cooperation with these people .

Does anyone realise that most of the technicians (welders, shipmates plumbers )etc working in the oil industries , and ports are south Asians

'Seindemi Fadeni, is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of GMT Energy Resources Limited, a major operator in the oil and gas services industry in Nigeria. GMT Energy Resources Limited, is a Nigerian-owned, fully integrated energy company.

"The core values my father taught me, and which I have imbibed are hard work, honesty and forthrightness. They are the most important things to me. The biggest and greatest person is God, who has brought me from nowhere to where I am today by His grace. Yes, on my way to where I am today, God has used people to meet my needs and to fulfil my dreams; however, there are one or two people in my life.

I grew from Mayflower School, belonging to the late Tai Solarin, and we were always told then, that you can’t stop working until you can see the bones of your fingers. That’s our philosophy, and we were also told that our road will be rough. So I was not expecting the smooth road. I have been expecting the rough road. I was prepared for it by the grace of God and I thank God for where I am today...." http://www.tribuneonlineng.com/im-investing-nigerias-oil-gas-ceo-gmt-energy-resources/

With its' lean organizational structure, GMT Energy Resources Limited, is well-positioned to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions to its numerous customers. They offer a wide range of innovative services & resources in the energy sector. Their services include: Marine Logistics Services, Subsea Installation and Intervention Services; Engineering-Procurement-Construction and Installation (EPCI), Completion Tools and Services.

Their range of Marine Logistics Services cover the provision of Platform Supply Vessels (PSV), Anchor Handling Tug Support Vessels (AHTS), Multi-Purpose Support Vessels(MPSV), Subsea Construction Vessels, Jack-Up Barges (Accomodation Or Drilling), Semi-Submersible Vessels,
Offshore Drilling Rigs, Fast Support Intervention Vessels, Towage Services (Tug Boats), Crew Boats/Patrol Vessels, Cargo/Dumb/Ramp Barges etc.

GMT Energy Resources Limited, operates out of their corporate head office in Lagos, but they have a branch office in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria. Through their subsidiary, GMT Gas, the firm is positioning itself, to become an integrated gas company within the Niger-Delta region. Their vision is to make LPG easily available in the country, by making regasification strategic investments, into the Nigeria LNG Domestic LPG Supply Scheme. Gas gathering, sales and provision of gas-related infrastructure are areas, where their company is investing its efforts and energy.

GMT Power (an arm of GMT Energy Resources Limited,) is taking on the challenge of generating electricity, which is why they are partnering with owners of time tested, matured and advanced power generation technologies and assets. They are not just going to focus on embedded power generation plants, they would also seek opportunities in renewable power generation/photovoltaic power station, by leveraging on other companies' capability, to manufacture solar panels.

We are trying to see what we can do, by adding more power to the grid. We are planning to have hybrid power, from both diesel and gas. The major problem, however, is that pipes of gas being used to power the hybrid, are being broken all the time, so this is a major challenge. We hope this will soon become a thing of the past.

Our strategy is to tap the gas that is being wasted and flared off. As we are producing crude oil, gas, in the process, is emitted. This gas is being burnt and flared into the air. We tap the gas and convert them to liquefied natural gas, that could be used at home by selling it in cylinders, and some of it too, we will export. That’s the strategy. GMT Energy Resources Limited, is divided into three: Oil, Gas and Power. We have just diversified into power and what we are doing is to build some power generating plants. We are basically into support services both in logistics and in training, but soon, we will start generating power and we are in partnership with AKSA from Turkey for that purpose. http://www.tribuneonlineng.com/im-investing-nigerias-oil-gas-ceo-gmt-energy-resources/
