Compare any school in the south east with University of Ibadan, University of lagos, University of ilorin, OAU ile ife, LASU, FUTA, etc. Maybe we should look at private schools too. Covenant University, Babcock University, adeleke University, Afe babalola University etc. This is what you use to measure education not secondary schools results that they can't defend.
