There was a massive downpour in Jos today & almost All The major streets were flooded.

The scary part is that these floods in the North is going to end up in the Niger River, flow southwards and towards the Niger Delta.

Question is that are the states along the banks of the River Niger ready for the flood that is coming?

Sometimes you will be forced to wonder if this is the fault of the citizens or the government as you can see a lot of rubbish which people dump in the gutters or refuse to clean it.
.
I was so surprised when a girl took a rubbish bin and poured the garbage into the gutter, now how will it not get blocked?
