A Yoruba youth-based group, Yoruba Youth Council (YYC worldwide), has warned Northern youth and their elders against provocative statements on personalities of former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani- Kayode and Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State.

YYC while reacting to yesterday’s statement credited to a Northern group led by one Gujungu that Yoruba leaders are using Chief Fani-Kayode and Governor Fayose to destablize President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration, said the Northerners are being economical with the true state on Mr. Buhari’s health.
The group in a statement on Saturday afternoon by its National President, Comrade Eric Oluwole and National Publicity Secretary Comrade Dare Oladeinde declared that Northerners are aware of the true situation of President Buhari’s health whom they alleged are searching for his replacement.
YYC while warning the group and their cohorts to stop such attacks on Yoruba leaders maintained that Yoruba people including Fani-Kayode and Fayose are men of realities.
It said it considered the statement as, “an act of political bewilderment that is currently facing the Northern leaders and their appurtenances over the health condition of President Muhammadu Buhari whom they are currently searching for his replacement”.
“We write to react to the recent statement credited to the Arewa youths by one Gujungu and his kangaroo group, when the Yoruba leaders were lambasted and alleged of using Chief Femi Fani-kayode and Governor Ayodele Fayose to destablize President Buhari’s Government.
“We Considered this statement as an act of political bewilderment that is currently facing the Northern leaders And Their appurtenances over the health condition of President Muhammadu Buhari whom they are currently searching for his replacement.
“Yoruba People and their leaders including the respected former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode and Governor Ayodele Fayose are men of realities whose voice and actions speaks volume of their passion and dedication for the progress and greatness of this country.
