Despite all the flood preventions, Osunpec and Megon B-Stops became worse. Flood damage cases on vehicles in that area has become the order of the day, i was a victim. Poor Benin, poor structural designs mentality. They can spend millions to errect structures but to contruct functional drainage would be difficult, no co-operation among the Landlords, in a nutshell, most Benin streets are unlivable, what a poor ancient community!

Not really. It is a sign that Nigeria must invest more in education for it's citizens. Not just any kind of education but quality education. For example, how anyone cannot understand that the reason for the floods is because of bad planning and poor drainage systems is beyond imagination. Nigeria is really a scary place to live. I wouldn't want to live there. Ever. There is nothing more dangerous than an uneducated mind and worse, a religious nut job. Once they do not understand something it is either god's work or the devil's. Depending on their mood or which way the wind blows that day. What a people. Smh.
