Hello Everyone.
I have had this issue of chronic halitosis for some years now,I have a good oral hygiene (I brush at least twice a day,use mouthwash,water flosser,hp mixed with water,salt water every morming) and it has gotten so bad.
I think the cause are my tonsils along my throat because they seem large and have lots of crypts,which food get stuck in nd overtime become little stones.I try my best to keep my tonsils clean but the bad smell is always there.

I will be very glad if anyone can recommend me good clinics to visit or any suggestion at all.
Pls, I am at my break point,I can't live with this anymore.

Op. the simple reason for you bad breadth is the stones in you tonsils called called tonsilloliths.they harbour the bacteria that ferments remnants of food particles hence the bad breadth. Just visit the hospital for the stones removal and use nimesulide mouth wash and the bad breadth will stop.

I Clean my tonsils everymorning but the stones reoccur and at the hospital,the docs only prescribe me anti biotics.
I just don't want to go through surgery.Thanks

@OP Your tonsils are most likely infected.

How long have they been that way? If the infection keeps reoccurring then surgery might be required.

It is over a year now.The docs don't want to recommend me surgery cos the tonsils are not so inflammed.
