Chris Igwe is Managing Director of Chris Igwe International, based in Paris. The Company specialises in strategic retail and real estate advice to international companies.

Previously Chris worked for Consultants RMJM in Edinburgh, Scotland and then Laing Management Contracting Ltd on London’s acclaimed Stansted Airport project. He joined Swiss specialist contractor, Schmidlin, in Basle, Switzerland in 1990 as Senior Project Manager and was responsible for major international projects in Germany, Switzerland, Libya, England, Scotland, and France.

Chris is also Director of Retailp, the leading European retail real estate intelligence service provider.

Chris Igwe was educated at the International School, Geneva, Switzerland, and gained a BSc(Hons), in Civil Engineering at Newcastle University, England, and a Masters degree from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.

Andy Amadi Okoroafor was born in Bauchi, Northern Nigeria on February 8th 1966. He pursued his education and a successful creative career in Paris. He is returning to Nigeria to fulfill his lifelong ambition of making films about contemporary Africa for a world audience. He is an acclaimed Art Director in advertising, fashion and music videos based in Paris. His clients have included Xuly-Bët, Jean Paul Gaultier, Kookaï, Virgin, Galeries La Fayette, to name a few.

Andy is also the founder of Clam Magazine, a quarterly magazine focusing on African creativity - distributed in France, Africa, US, UK, Japan, South Africa, Germany.

He has also attended various workshops to enhance his business skill sets such as Supply Chain and Logistic Management, Project Management and Strategic Management. He is a young and focused gentleman with a deep sense of ethics and astute business acumen.

Kovarite Aluminium Ltd is a Specialist in Roof Installation of Stone Coated Steel Roof Tiles and Aluminium Roofs (Long Span, Step Tiles and Metcopo). We are also involved in the manufacture of Aluminium Roofing Sheets, importation and distribution of Aluminium Coils and Aluminium Profiles.

After years of operation, the mileage we have gained and the tremendous response of customers have encouraged us to set up another factory in Onitsha, Anambra State, South-East of Nigeria which became operational in 2008. In 2015 we will be launching another factory in Port Harcourt North East of Nigeria before the end of the year.

Mr Henry Elochukwu.

Uzoma Dozie graduated in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Reading, Berkshire England. He obtained a Master of Science degree in Chemical Research from University College, University of London in 1992 and an MBA with specialisation in Finance, from Imperial College Management School, London in 1998. He also attended the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Mr. Dozie started his banking career in the Commercial Banking Unit at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc where he worked for some years and later moved to Citizens International Bank Limited where he worked in the Oil and Gas Division. Thereafter, he joined Diamond Bank Limited as Manager and Head of the Bank’s Oil and Gas Unit. He was at a time Head, Financial Control, then Retail Banking (where he spear-headed the introduction of lifestyle-changing retail products). He equally headed two distinctive strategic business units in the Bank before his appointment as an Executive Director in 2005, during which time he supervised the Retail Banking and Corporate Banking Divisions of the Bank. He at a time, acted as the Bank’s Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Dozie was the Executive Director in charge of Lagos Businesses between 2011 and 2013 until his appointment as a Deputy Managing Director in April 2013 and charged with the responsibility to oversee the Retail Banking Directorate of the Bank. He has attended various specialist and executive development courses in Nigeria and overseas. Following the resignation of the immediate past Group Managing Director from the Board, Uzoma Dozie, a man who believes in using cutting edge technology to deliver services to customers, and improve the efficiency of how the enterprise functioned, was unanimously appointed by the Board as the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Bank effective from November 1, 2014. His appointment was approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria in January 2015.

Dr. Philip Emeagwali, who has been called the "Bill Gates of Africa," was born in Nigeria in 1954. Like many African schoolchildren, he dropped out of school at age 14 because his father could not continue paying Emeagwali's school fees. However, his father continued teaching him at home, and everyday Emeagwali performed mental exercises such as solving 100 math problems in one hour. His father taught him until Philip "knew more than he did."

Growing up in a country torn by civil war, Emeagwali lived in a building crumbled by rocket shells. He believed his intellect was a way out of the line of fire. So he studied hard and eventually received a scholarship to Oregon State University when he was 17 where he obtained a BS in mathematics. He also earned three other degrees – a Ph.D. in Scientific computing from the University of Michigan and two Masters degrees from George Washington University.

The noted black inventor received acclaim based, at least in part, on his study of nature, specifically bees. Emeagwali saw an inherent efficiency in the way bees construct and work with honeycomb and determined computers that emulate this process could be the most efficient and powerful. In 1989, emulating the bees' honeycomb construction, Emeagwali used 65,000 processors to invent the world's fastest computer, which performs computations at 3.1 billion calculations per second.

Dr. Philip Emeagwali's resume is loaded with many other such feats, including ways of making oil fields more productive – which has resulted in the United States saving hundreds of millions of dollars each year. Olisaeloka is an entrepreneur with versed knowledge of contemporary Africa and current investment opportunities across sub-Saharan Africa. He has been involved in Oil and Gas, ICT, Shipping, Agriculture, and Real Estate investments for the past decade. Olisaeloka is the former Managing Director of Michelle Shipping and has done an attachment with Hong Kong International terminals; a subsidiary of the Hutchinson-­‐Whampoa group of companies; where he worked closely with their operations/logistics department. He worked as a Risk Management Analyst with International Merchant Bank Plc. Lagos, Nigeria. He also had Associateship Programs with Mazwai & Co. Securities, Johannesburg, South Africa, where he analyzed and studied market activity within the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. With African Petroleum Plc., Nigeria, Olisaeloka worked in the Marketing Department on the distribution of petroleum products throughout the country. Olisaeloka holds Master’s Degree in Management from University of Edinburgh, U.K and B.A Economics from University of Chicago after going to Brooks College Preparatory School, North Andover, Massachusetts.

uonu is a seasoned Insurance and Risk Management practitioner. He is a HND graduate of Insurance of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Calabar. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) and Institute of Certified Cost Management (ACCM).

He started his Insurance career with Regency Insurance Co Ltd as one of the key underwriting staff, from where he joined Kapital Insurance Co Ltd. He headed the Technical department of Coral International Insurance Co Ltd and later moved to Global Commerce and General Assurance Ltd as Group Head Technical and later rose to the position of Deputy General Manager (Technical Operations).



After the recent consolidation in the insurance industry, he joined Crown Insurance Brokers Limited and Nobel and Lesley Consulting Limited as The Group General Manager from where he joined Universal Insurance Plc.

For the past ten years he has been involved in preparing students for the insurance professional examinations organized by the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). He is also involved in training and facilitation.
