Peter Eloka Okocha: (Chairman)

Obtained his first degree in Economics from the North Eastern Illinois University, U.S.A in 1977 and in August of 1978, obtained a master's degree in International Relations from the same University. Mr. Okocha has a second masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), majoring in International Business and Finance, from the Roosevelt University in Chicago, U.S.A.

He is a seasoned economist and has huge investments in other areas such as banking, real estate and construction, not only in Nigeria but other western countries including the United States of America

Mr. Okocha is the Chairman of African Petroleum Plc and Chrismatel Holdings Nig. Ltd. and other successful business interests spanning agriculture, food processing, shipping, clearing and forwarding, property development, insurance and Oil and Gas.

David Nwaezeapu (Chief Executive)

David Nwaezeapu joined the Chrismatel Group in 1991 as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. He obtained his first degree in law from the University of Benin City, and a Master's degree in law from the University of Lagos. Before joining the group, he was involved in private practice as a counsel in the chambers of Nafu-Baba-Ahmed & Co. Legal Practitioners where he rose within a short time to head the chamber.

Mr. Nwaezeapu has held the position of Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) at Utilgas Nigeria and Overseas Gas Company Limited and is the principal in the chamber of Regal Partners (Solicitors). I do not think we have to stress this too much because he would not bulge.I saw the onajite olokolo of Eroton oil and gas case..who is clearly an urhobo man...but they still insisted to post him as igbo.The fact is that they do not have much to post as firms,companies,establishments like the yorubas and have to cling to falsities to stay afloat.

Nicholas Okoye is presently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Anabel Group Inc and Anabel Mobile Limited. Nicholas' most recent Public Corporation Executive assignment was as the Group Executive Director, Operations/ COO for Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc (Transcorp), with responsibilities for Group Operations, Strategy and Business Development. He joined Transcorp Plc from the Nigerian Stock Exchange where he served as the Technical Adviser to the Director General/CEO of the Stock Exchange. He also served the Nigerian Stock Exchange as the Deputy General Manager and Head of Strategy/ Derivative Markets from 2001 to 2005. He supported the subsidiary of the Stock Exchange, The Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS), as their Project Coordinator to the New Strategic Business Model for over two years, and was responsible for providing direction in the building of Nigeria's First and largest Data storage and retrieval center in Lagos, owned and managed by the CSCS. Before being appointed by the Board of Transcorp to serve as Group Executive Director, Nicholas was providing Technical and Strategic modeling on an on-going basis for the takeoff of the Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc, serving as its Business Strategy Adviser and Technical Secretary. As Group Executive Director Operations/ COO at Transcorp Plc Nicholas led the impressive fund and capital raising exercises of the company and raised with his team over $1 billion (Naira Equivalent) in a space of eighteen months (Sep 2005 - March 2007), making that effort the most extensive and most successful capital raising exercises in the history of Nigeria's financial Markets. Nicholas also led the deal structuring and negotiations for the fast track acquisitions embarked upon by Transcorp Plc in its early formation, acquiring Transcorp Hilton; Nigeria's largest and most luxurious Hotel valued at two hundred and ten million dollars, Nigerian Telecommunications Limited NITEL valued at over one billion dollars for which Transcorp paid $500 million for fifty one percent and two oil and Gas Blocks with estimated reserves at over 300 million barrels of Oil, and over 100 billion cubic feet of gas.

Nicholas joined the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 2001 from the United States of America where he was a Financial Consultant with, Merrill Lynch, in Boston Massachusetts. On his return to Nigeria in 2001 he consulted for the Federal Government in various capacities, to his credit he assisted with the technical design for the financial model used by the Federal Ministry of Health for the setting up of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) in Nigeria in 2001. He served as a member of the Special Implementation Committee for the Take off of the National Health Insurance Scheme in Nigeria. Nicholas demonstrated outstanding innovation, dedication, focus and leadership at Transcorp Plc which provided the impetus for his being appointed by the board of Transcorp and its subsidiary Nigerian Telecommunications Limited (NITEL) as the Chairman of the Interim Executive Management Committee of NITEL, which was vested with the powers of full Executive authority effectively making Nicholas the acting CEO /Managing Director of NITEL. As the helms man at NITEL, Nicholas deigned the Transformation and Repositioning Initiative for the new NITEL, and set about drawing up the WORK PLAN for returning the company to profitability and realigning NITEL'S over 6000 employees.

In 2005 Nicholas was nominated as one of the top forty Nigerians under forty years old by Nigeria's leading News Papers, described as the IPOD Generation this group was described as Nigeria's future and expected link to the emerging Global economy. In 2006 ThisDay News Papers organizers of Nigeria's most reputable and prestigious annual award ceremony nominated Nicholas Okoye as one of the top five most innovative and outstanding young Executives in the Country. In the same year the Daily Times News Paper, Nigeria's oldest publican (over 100 years old) named Nicholas as one of the twenty five reasons Nigeria's future is guaranteed.

Nicholas has studied at several institutions around the World gaining his Bachelors at The Anambra University of Technology, Awka in 1988, and participating in post graduate studies at Harvard University's Extension School in 1997. He has also participated in several Executive Study programs at the Harvard Business School in 2004, 2005 & 2008 and the London Business School in 2008. Nicholas gave the key note lecture to participants of the executive course number 26 at The National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies; Nigeria's premiere Institution for Policy makers and public servants in September of 2005. In addition Nicholas gave a key lecture on Nigerian Investment Strategy to senior Military Officers and Army Generals at the National War College in 2005.

He is a graduate of the University of Nigeria (UNN) where he studied Chemistry and then went on to study pharmacy.
