1. Leave in the sun to ferment for 3 to 7 days
2. Oven roast the cocoa bean in oven at 250°
3. Separate the nibs from the shell
4. Do a double round grind to a fine grind.
5. Mix with vanilla or banana flavor powder in d right ratio
6 Salt or Sodium Benzoate for preservative reasons
7. Milk if needed,
8. Weigh on scale and brand or bag it
