Use awaitng result in registratn , so he take another waec/neco, i dnt knw if d scratch card can stil used next year, if it can b used u can wait 4 nxt yr buh if it cant jus use A/R,

. Correct but let me add: On the receipt, you find his name, meaning that no one else can use that form

Just get him register another O'Level as fast as you can and then register the jamb using AR (Awaiting result) as his grades. Keeping the card for next year may not (CANNOT) work. Thank you

since waec and neco exam is still available, i suggest he take the exam then in the place of o level result in jamb registration, put a/r meaning awaiting result. wish you all the best.
