1. The founders, Larry Page and Sergey Brin had little experience of web development when they started. You don't have to know it all at first. Learning as the job progress is permitted. The little you know, put to use and make something.
2. During Google trying times in 1999, Larry and Brin decided they wanted yo sell Google to Excite. They went to Excite CEO George Bell and offered to sell it to him for $1million. He rejected the offer. One of Excite's venture capitalists, talked the duo down to $750,000, but Bell still rejected it. Today, Google sit as the second most valuable brand in the world and expected to cross $1Trillion in market value in few years. Struggle days are forgotten!!
