A polling centre at Uzor street of Ajeromi Local Government area, Ajegunle Apapa, in Lagos State was thrown into disarray when a thug wearing APC t-shirt snatched a ballot box and fled when it became obvious that the PDP were winning at that centre. We were observing the election when an APC t-shirt wearing thug suddenly went to the booth and snatched the ballot box and was running away when some youths blocked him and was beating him, then an SUV jeep suddenly drove into the scenario, it's door opened and both the thug and the ballot box were dragged into the jeep and it sped off. The irate youths upon seeing this, pounced on the policemen guarding the booth for keeping quiet when they saw everything that was happening. The police immediately ran away in their van while shooting in the air to scare away the angry youths who were chasing after them.
