I have looked through the program webpage and I am not sure what additional documents I am supposed to send in addition to my bachelors certificate, transcripts and proof of English.

Are reference letters, motivation letter and CV required? They don't seem to mention those anywhere.

I just saw where they wrote the requirements

A pdf file will display, they stated the requirements there and other things you need to know about the course

That 250€ is for transport around Hannover. Studienkolleg is not free in the sense that you don't pay a dime.

i dont understand what you mean by certification after admission. A set of document is made up of transcript,bsc cert,waec result, reference letter, proficiency letter. Hope i have answered your question? Meanwhile which school did you get admission to that is asking for certified doc after

I sent d pics I saw on their website ....there was two fees included...tuition and semester fee...I tink d other dude applied for masters ...I might want to hear from d uni first b4 I conclude ...I havnt received any reply yet....

The easiest is the one you have problems with. Just put your passport on the table and snapp the data page. Better you use a scanning app like Cam scanner, it will come up clean.

Jigba was right that the Studienkolleg is free but some states have started introducing fees simply because the population of people that need to attend Studienkolleg is alarming,You will have to pay fee if you really attending the Niedersachsen Studienkolleg in Hannover.Sometimes you get 1300 students dragging seats meant for just 400 Students.The Fee also doesn't guarantee your admission because you still have to go through the so called Entrance exam like Post Ume in Nigeria.The international office is always busy hence they answers questions chronologically and they do not answers questions that have already been answered on their portal.To them it is a waste of time,thats why as a serious student be ready to help your self by doing research .eg FAQ.
