It is a good way to find cheap labor to foster the empire of Oyo. We must increase the security of Oyo state by forming its own Corps who would guard prisoners while they do work, yes, Sango Civil Corps, with a security force. A school would be formed that teaches the basics of security, policing and military, it is to be an academy that teaches the most innovative and advanced concepts of security, law enforcement and military training. These youths that partake can reinforce and replace the aging and sometimes small number of Nigeria Police and Military. This concept would be good for the country, it would help to eliminate jungle justice, increase presence of law and order and thus reduce criminal boldness. This would strengthen police forces by adding cadets and give youths a chance to train along side real police and military officers.
