And who is stopping them from doing that?

Not only in Kaduna. here in Kebbi state we have 24 to 22 hour of uninterrupted power since 2015 to date.

Here in Jalingo Taraba State. it's similar. The power is only interrupted when there is a general maintainance, which rarely happens. The only problem for now still remains water.

This initiative should be replicated is other communities with little population.
