The poor manner at which some banks in Nigeria attends to it customers seems to be skyrocketing. Many cases has been recently reported by brands and celebrities alike and yesterday, it was an online music distributors and media outfits Omini24.com . Axil Digital, and verge24.com who cried wolf citing UBA's poor customer service. They claimed that their business was stagnated as a result of their accounts been unable to carryout online transactions and that many attempts to sort the issue out failed.  I HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH UBA, ALTHOUGH THEY PLACED ME ON RESTRICTIONS DUE TO BVN RECORDS. WHICH WAS AS A RESULT OF ACCESS BANK NONCHALANCE, IRRESPONSIBILITY AND INCOMPETENCY. ACCESS BANK IS THE WORSE.. I HATE THAT BANK WITH SO MUCH PASSION. |

the sad part is that customers will not realize that UBA-HQ would never have intentionally fostered or tolerate a Branch that's hellbent on losing them clients and damaging the brand-image in the process; everybody just gets annoyed and walk off. It would be best if the branch's erring staffers get their payback in form of sack letters |
