Requirements

The candidates must be a female.
University degree, while a Master’s degree or more advanced qualifications will be an added advantage.
Stature within the women’s movement, with credible knowledge of ecumenical and international organization.

Experience

Minimum of 4 years significant experience working with an NGO, faith based organization and the private sector at management level with human rights advocacy being a big plus.
Competence in the use of computer packages, internet and other relevant, Media packages.
Ability to write successful projects and having good understanding and proven skills of project management and fund raising.
