Mount Olive Church Road, Off Odani Road, Elelenwo Portharcourt was constructed in the month of June 2017 but unfortunately, the road has gone bad. Poor work and finishing by NNDC Indigenous Contractor. PLEASE LET THEM COME BACK TO SITE AGAIN.
