He’s being referred to MIOT HOSPITALS, CHENNA INDIA, with an estimated $10,000 (#4,000,000) cost of surgery. Excluding other travel logistics.

Please! We Igbos should stop hating. If you are frustrated in life, don't blame Buhari, that man is trying his best, or do you think it's easy to be a president?
