Boko Haram has intensified their onslaught simply because our acting president is a Christian. If Buhari, the Boko Haram mentor, returns fully to power all these will stop.

Who's fooling who?

They used Boko Haram to discredit Jonathan. Now they're using it on Osinbajo. It's well.

Meanwhile, I'm still looking for Buhari's Certificate grin

if what you say is true may all the planner, sponsors ,executors and all those animals that aided in any way either by direct or indirect to the resurgent of this lowlife animals bloodthirsty boko haram will never have rest and happy in this live or next.

Could it be that threats of imminent secession or restructuring is forcing a frenzied search for oil in a war zone?

From the video, lecturer emphasize on "if FG meet their demand they promised (the leader of the caliphate) to release them immediately" hunmm

What is their demand? state it and let Nigeria also listen to their demand

Observation: The BK seems to have brain washed d lecturers one way or d other coz he (the lecturer) didn't referred to them as terrorists (insurgents) but a leader of so called caliphate. Furthermore, he said using of force (Soldiers) on insurgency us not d solution/dissolution. I think something urgent need to be done even after their rescue.

I PRAY FOR THEIR SAFE RETURN AMEN.

That why I used (god) but when ever they commit these atrocities they mentioned one particular prophet that agrees with their abomination on humanity.

I will agree with some of your point if those that claimed to serve the other true god of the same book will strongly condemn boko haram publicly for not serving the true prophet and set up a counter group to fight for their caricature of their prophet.

The is the consequence of desperation to find oil wells, that do not exist, in the North. This search has gone on unsuccessful for decades with trillions already spent in the wild goose chase. Now they have used their dangerous 'Boko haram' politics to even forestall the operations of the oil companies should the crude deposit ever be discovered. SMH

Government should start negotiations immediately to reunite these guys with their families. From the video you can see that the guy to the left is very terrified.

Well, in case negotiation fails, Rest in Peace in advance and may the Lord give your families the fortitude to bear these losses.

the search for northern crude in a high-risk area. what is at stake? staff that are sometimes reluctant to go offshore are drafted readily to the warfront in search of oil, and we talk of reducing crude oil dependence from the other side of our mouth.

BH now exchange their battle hardened commanders for teen girls, after being technically defeated they have launched a stunning counter attack, coincidentally, buhari is 'recuperating fast', elections are drawing close, social media is about to be censored.. what exactly is at stake.?
neither APC nor PDP control BH. BH have their own interests.

Boko haram is a strong political party

EDIT
After watching the video, the lecturer says "he has seen the route taken to get to their present location, says the use of excessive force will not work, the government should give them their demands"
buhari caused this nonsense. you do not negotiate with terrorists. never. negotiating for chibok girls was our undoing. if boko haram can ambush a military escorted convoy, what stops them from walking into any borno or yobe community and carting off a sizeable number of girls and vulnerable people? girls are girls, whether from chibok, mubi, konduga, isolo, or anywhere, none are more important than the other. once you negotiate , you will always negotiate. swapping for BH commanders .
Let us act like Israel, they don't negotiate with terrorists. if you capture BH soldiers, kill them. if they kidnap yours, attempt rescue. if unsuccessful, carry out reprisal attacks on their strongholds. the war has been on, we know the rules of engagement. all is fair in love and war

Firstly the route of thus problem is one word CORRUPTION.

The complete lack of fit for purpose military infrastructure and equipment. Means that Boko can contend with the NA.

I do not want to believe that our military high command are still operating in a mind set of DOS when we are on Windows 10.

I see expensively trained military personnel going around in the heart of am attrition warfare with IED'S all over the terrain in predominantly soft skinned pick-up trucks mounted with unstabilised 50 cal. plus heavy machine guns even without optic sights.

It's seems perversely incomprehensible that our senators earning £100k a month go around in bullet proof sometimes suspected up armoured Range River sentinels. Driving through the relatively serene streets of Abuja while our combatants go in the back of soft skinned pick-up trucks (almost suicidal)

How can BOKO attack a supposedly well armed convoy and succed with what will be predominantly light arms a few Rpg7 and IED's to win the momentary element of suprise.

Where was the expected well rehearsed responsive contingency, situational awareness and area transition awareness. Then the expected co-ordination response from our air arm to mitigate.

I cannot believe that our high brass have not updated themselves to have strategic responses across the entire theater to limit if not obliterate Boko capacity to stage attacks on convoys.

To date we do not have a definitive IFV within our inventory. At no time should any Nigerian combatant be in the war zone without being in a armoured vehicle light or heavy. Add to that the connective communication infrastructure that us essential for modern warfare in today's environment.

We still believe in numbers not the right fit for purpose equipment. If we believe the our own propaganda we would think we have a small casualty figure. The number of low and mid level officers lost tells us a different story.

I FEEL WE HAVE BETRAYED OUR BRAVE COMBATANTS Our Generals are the greatest culprits.

ITS A SHAME CAPTURED UNDER MILITARY ESCORT

Good evening fellow nairalanders. Pardon me for having to deviate from the topic...please I'd like to solicit your support on behalf of one of my protégés. I am a teacher.
She is contesting for a scholarship position at the Royal Arts Academy courtesy Emem Isong. She needs as many votes as she can get right now. The contest is a very stiff one. So please help her to take a step closer to her dream of being a movie director by following her unique link below and vote for her. You are free to also drop a comment. I assure you, your vote is not wasted. Thank you and God bless you. Here is her link;
