As shared by Danish aid worker Anja Ringgren Loven.... 'This boy was found by PACT AKWA IBOM ( Prevent Abuse of Children Today ). PACT did not have money to help the boy so they shared these pictures on Facebook for someone to help the boy. When I saw the update I immediately called David Emmanuel Umem and within a few minutes Uwemedimo Dominic and our team went out and saved the boy. He is now in the hospital and will later be taken to our children center "Land of Hope". The boy is very sick and needs serious medical treatment that ACAEDF will pay for. He is now in our custody, and I cannot wait to hug this boy and give him million of kisses. A new child, a new brother to Hope, David Jr. and all our children. ... Hmmmmmm... Such a sweet kid reduced to this pathetic and dehumanising state by a religious society where an average person goes to church. Such a pathetic show of shame from those responsible. Posterity(if possible God) would judge Africa and its barbaric beliefs devoid of reason.
