How do you know she's not going to contribute to her own state/region?
She has just finished a higher degree in a highly rated university.. I'm almost 100% sure she's coming back home. Most people from her region come back home after studying abroad, unlike other regions that stay back at all costs
I've seen too many cases of such and I doubt hers would be different. She was born into wealth, and probably married into wealth anyway, so making money abroad isn't her goal.
What you should be on about is giving opportunity to their masses who have suffered a deliberate suppression of any opportunity to go to school by the elites.
Its always being the way of life. Poverty is generational, and so is wealth. I think eyes are beginning to open now with the advent of Boko haram when the elites realise they can be used against them too.
