A Nigerian Twitter user, @OnyemaIsaa, has taken to the platform to mourn his kidnapped brother who was killed by his abductors even after a ransom of N1.5Million was paid. 

According to OnyemaIssa, he begged the Governor of Imo State and the Nigerian Police to help secure the freedom of his brother who was held for 73days, but they reportedly did nothing.

This is really touching. Our hearts with the entire family. RIP.

That was how the boko haram menace started before 2009. It was really light as arms and ammunitions , grenades and co where not in use. Sheriff's inability to curtail it and d death of their leader Mohammed changed d narratv. From fighting d police to killing Christians and now: to killing everyone, xtians, Muslims, just anyone!

The kidnapping initially was carried out by the militants who kidnapped foreigners in exchange fr hard currencies and arms... It changed to govt workers... then to important personalities. Now a days, they kidnap any good looking fresh person. Poor or rich.
