Mehn. Bro u deserve one orijin. I noticed the issue with my Hotspot. I have Uninstalled update and forced stop it . It went back to the old name called font manager. I will never try updating it again. Now my Hotspot doesn't go off on its win again

it's the same as font manager. i guess the update as the name change. if u can't find babel that means you haven't updated your device and nothing to worry. but if you still don't want it. the find font manager and disabled it.

Is your phone rooted? If yes, download titanium backup, search for "Font Manager" and freeze it. That's all.

Bros you are easily the man of the year!!! I swear I have been contemplating on how to flash my phone since Feb cos of Bluetooth and Hotspot Inactivity, I never knew it was this app. I just forcefully stopped it and also disabled it on my device now as instructed and my phone is back to normal. Kudos.

the app is usually those apps you download off playstore, all those apks should be responsible

its hard finding the specific app that's causing it, "Notifications" is simply an adware that would go on its own when you uninstall the program that installed it

here's an advise

1. Backup your apps with titanium backup

2. start uninstalling the latest installed app and then uninstall the "Notifications", if the notifications keep coming back kindly uninstall the next latest app and uninstall notifications, keep this up till you get the specific app

3 restore the innocent uninstalled apps from titanium backup and you're free from it
