Job Description

Job Title: Office Manager Department

Administration Location: Lagos

Salary: Attractive

Experience required: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Filing of all offers and updating of the weekly project reporting template.
- Carry out market intelligence and information sharing on projects, clients, financiers, project owners etc.
- Support with planning and communication, as well as participate at all technical workshops.
- Process all requisitions for pre-approval and procurement.
- Act as direct liaison for service providers on IT, diesel supplies, security services, waste disposal, as well as point of contact for repair works related to generator maintenance, borehole, air conditioners, IT hardware (server replacement) etc.
- Prepare payment vouchers and support the month end account closing and reporting process.
-- Manage warehouse load out and load in operations, organise crane providers and coordinate the blue collar support to assist with the process.
- Comply with HSE regulations before all load out/in operations.

Qualification and Educational Requirement: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A professional certificate relevant to the role will be an added advantage.

Other Job Requirement:
 Good managerial and leadership skills
 Ability to motivate and guide others properly
 Ability to coordinate with different professionals and get various tasks done for them
 Wide knowledge of various computer programs such as MS Office and ERP packages
 Excellent communicator and team player
 Quick problem-solving skills and ability to take right decisions
