You need no supporting document. All you need is the old and new names.
The Authority-N3,500. 24 -48hrs,
Daily Sun-N5,000. 48hrs,
Daily Trust 5k.

Very simple, just get affidavit of change of name+Official ID Card showing the name. contact Guardian Newspaper or other dailies of your choice.

For marriage sake, send a copy of your marriage certificate to me...for bvn bank issues or travels.. Send a copy of your affidavit to me..it is N6500 in Wednesday or Saturday Guardian newspaper..call 08035034841

To avoid bank issues with bvn, for religious beliefs, newly wed, for travel sake. It is very important to notify the public by publishing an advert in a national daily and then keeping a copy for records sake.
