This sensor is very useful but I think that it is an old one. Now we have different new dehumidifiers that don't need a sensor. You can set them how you need and want and let it do its job. I have a friend who was always complaining about the high humidity in his basement. That is why he found a blog about Aero State and read all the information about the dehumidifiers and choose the one which was the best for his basement. Now he doesn't have such problems, also he doesn't need some more devices for it.
