- A 1993 professional Masters degree in Public Administration [MPA] from the University of Ilorin with a focus on Public policy analysis, policy design, policy management and Implementation;

- A 1990 Bachelor of Art degree in English Language from the University of Ilorin with Second Class Upper Division;

- A 1985 secondary School certificate from United Methodist High School, Iwo, Osun state.

- A 1979 Primary School Leaving Certificate from District School, Araromi Iwo, Osun State.

- Deep Experience in both social and infrastructural policy sectors;

- Founded the Society for Youth Research, an NGO devoted to advocating/sustaining innovative youth devt;

- Founded the Olawale Rasheed Foundation in 2010 guided by the principle of “Charity in the Dark”;

- Founded the Osun Governance Society, a budding NGO devoted to study/analysis/innovation in policy process.
