They will think more than twice when they know there's instant death if caught.

That's why corruption will never cease in some countries where they just detain offenders for few weeks and recover from them 50% of what they've stolen.

Agreed. This is Yemen though, one of the most uncivilised countries in the world. Capital punishment has never been a deterrent for violent crimes in any country. Those who support capital punishment are either ignorant of the facts or they are religious bigots who believe 'an eye for an eye' doctrine.
