Today, Sunday the 6th day of August 2017 is a bloody day and a day that the Catholic faithful of St Philips Catholic church, Amake Ozubulu in Anambra will never forget as unknown gunmen with heavily armed artilleries and rifles invading the Church around 7 am during the morning mass.

About 30 minutes ago, Nicholas, an eye witness wrote:
" WHAT A SAD DAY INSIDE THE HOUSE OF GOD
This morning, 7.00am mass, gun men entered a Catholic Church in Anambra state, the town of Ozubulu, precisely at St Philip’s Catholic Church, Amakwa Ozubulu. These daredevils opened fire and killed several worshipers both young and old.



This is a gory attack on the church and on the children of God, but each time the devil shows up, the children of God have always conquered. WE SHALL TRIUMPH.
MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED DEAD; OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH THEIR FAMILIES AT THIS TIME OF GRIEF.

That you are counted among the living, PRAISE AND THANK GOD. HIS MERCY IS FOR EVER…… AND THESE KILLERS AND THEIR SPONSORS WILL NOT GO UNPUNISHED. OUR GOD OF VENGEANCE WILL FIGHT FOR US. AMEN
