In the population, there are THREE BASIC blood groups; those whose red blood cell carry (i) Antigen A (ii) Antigen B (iii) No antigen

b) Blood group type B

c) Blood group type AB

d) Blood group type O

Some genotypes have inherent opposite antigen that may pose auto-immune issue, threat or risk.

Erogene and isogene genotypes being homozygous are the only blood group genotype that are free from auto-immune issues.

Some blood group type O carry recessive A-antigen or B-antigen that may provoke Rhesus factor issue when that recessive antigen is stimulated.

Blood group type (A, B, or AB) that carry dissimilter recessive antigen may similarly provoke Rhesus factor issue

A cross between two homozygous blood group type O partner is the safest, devoid of recessive antigen risk.

A sexual cross that results in any of these listed below is free from auto-immune issue.

Safest sexual cross between two partners is that of individual of the same blood group type

a) Blood group O and Blood group O partners

b) Blood group A and blood group A partners

c) Blood group B and blood group B individuals

Incompatible blood group sexual match poses secondary blood issue for those afflicted with sickle cell or heamophillia disease, reducing the chance of survival
