I read this joke somewhere.

A drunk man passed a mother & child along the road and said, "What an ugly child! So ugly!!" As the woman started crying, she was met by a good Samaritan who asked what the matter was, and she reported the incident and the good Samaritan said, "Here's a tissue to wipe your eyes, and a banana for the monkey".

An old common joke modified! Doesn't make sense.
