P.S: there's a primary school close to where i stay? Can i use their PO. Box address? I'm new to this Po box stuff

You don't use p.o box to receive your card, you use zip code and house address to receive it. If you don't have a house address then forget it.

Every city has a zip code. Mine is benin city 300001 zip code. Back in 2008 or so I searched the internet to find my zip code.

If you provide me your city / town name, I can help you find the zip code. You just have to give your zip code and house address to payoneer, relax and wait for your card.

But if you don't have a house address then no one can help you.

Nope, they are not going to be sending the card to a p.o box, they will be delivering it to you in your house.

And I just checked, kubwa zip code is 901101

Fill your address details in your account and request for your card.

U can use the postal code of a post office close to where you reside. When the estimated time of delivery elapses, go there and get your Card.
