I didn't root the phone neither did I give it to somebody, as a matter of fact I am very personal when it comes to my mobile device. I was surprised to see this caution sign in the system manger. This caution sign has not always been there... Please help me. I really don't know what to do.

Even after clicking repair it's doesn't seem to work as the sign still remains there.
