IYC Ijaw Youth Council, IYC, has said they hold the ace to the actualisation of the sovereign state of Biafra, cautioning the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, to be mindful of his utterances against Ijaw leader, Chief Edwin Clark.
