I totally agree with your submission. Especially on the use of a reputable real-estate company to develop an aerotropolis of the future.
Strong oversight of that project is required becasue even Abuja master plan is often violated, talkmore leaving the development of the airport city without a strong oversight agency to ensure strict adherance to the development plan.

That's how Anambra state will hijacked good things that supposed to go IMO state. This project was first announced last and it was facilitated by former governor Emeka.
But what surprised me now is how the project is going to build in Anambra.
