Bosun built this for a nairalander client and he still have the audacity to advise him to retire back to naija from Canada....atleast if you hate person you go hide am small na.

I was told its longspan.

[size=20pt]So even after I instructed Bosun of N3xt home to use step-tile aluminum for my project, he said ok and still went ahead in using some cheap a55 longspan with steptile design on it. Also We later discovered that the sheet didn't overlap well as it was supposed to because they cut corner with that too. these were the reason the roof was leaking.

Bosun shoyeye aka Brabus N3xt of Next home is a fraud believe me. My 11m naira passed through him so I know what am talking about.

Dealing with Bosun left a bitter taste in our mouth.

We have moved on now. imagine after 1 year we still they correct Bosun's mistakes...

Make una help me thank Engineer AbdulwasteCX for sending some God fearing workers to my rescue o regarding the yeye roof that Bosun Brabus /N3xt of Next home did for me. roof leaking from day one for almost one year now......we had to redesign and re-roof the thing. so far am confident the roof wont leak again unless bosun go climb am for night and make holes on it. . but i trust my abooki maiguard ....na bow and arrow he kuku dey use.

The truth is...If I want a tenant out, he /she will be out.....Lets forget all this formalities.

if na their papa help me buy land , build and survived Brabus / Bosun of Nexthome........and the omo oniles.. Dem go talk.

3 months to the end of your lease, if you no indicate say you they renew, you go hear from me.

Isn't retirement meant to be a better life after meritorious years of service? In NG, it can only get worse when the planning is wrong.

on a serious note you are right,planning is the key, me Im not going back cos of retirement in my case,Im stil a young person, and by the special grace of God the youngest lanlord on this page .
U know for me the major achievement of being here is learning a better way of adapting to life and and self realization.These goes beyond money.I told my Dad that I am only going to spend 10 years abroad then come back,16 years later Im still here lol

Unless you are taking up a lucrative employment in 9ja with excellent perks, you need to arrange accommodation and a regular source of income.

My initial thoughts along this lines was in 2007 and it took until 2015 to bring it to fruition.

In the last year I finally managed to survive entirely on my 9ja income save for my foreign trips abroad.

You pay for everything. School fees, car runing, fuel for gen and others, house keeping, feeding, extended family etc.

Going to 9ja is not the issue. The question is have you managed your expectations, how realistic and prepared are you.
