I have read 3strike saga with Brabus and Qc1. This is my submission and I believe I speak the mind of unbiased members of this forum.

A. Brabus no matter the approach to PR stunts to remedy your Image and integrity the fact remains you still have dissatisfied customers. A man that truly works and end his money deserves maximum value or corresponding value for it. Becoming an attack dog to remedy your name is not the best policy.

The fact is YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE STILL DISSATISFIED.

Instead of mocking him or his sources of income why not appeal to his emotions or render unreserved apology and move on. We all make mistakes in life and live with it.

There was a time 8 storey building collapsed in Rivers state. You need to pass through the site to imagine the professionalism, materials put into the project but it eventually collapsed maybe due to structural error does that mean the engineers or the firm has not been building houses before? Who'll do trial and error with a building contractor with a multi storey building?

Mistakes happens. Put up a worded apology and move on. You can never be right all of the time. You were a professional in the site...calling land sellers or what not as witnesses is immaterial.

Meanwhile I follow you cos I like your concept and packaging. Your building and thought processes are futuristic while leaving others with modern techniques.

Few days ago, my pet project, https://www.kobocity.com, was drawn into disrepute when someone questioned our very existent. While I tried as much as I could to remain calm, I was accused of being the same person as brabus, n3xt and as being a fraud the the same fellow, Mmotimo.

Kobocity was birthed on 29th December, 2020 when someone tried to derail this lovely thread; we went live on 1st January 2021. It's a community, we can all be proud of.
(naijapal is an account I, mank1234, created for the purpose of promoting the project). I excused myself from kobocity for few days in preparation for a possible shutdown of the platform.

I can announce that Kobocity will not be shutdown. It won't. The many thank you I have received this far is enough motivation to keep it running. I am motivated by the need to serve; my definition of success aligns with Ralph Waldo Emerson's definition of success. I want a platform where everyone is respected, and discussion flows without the usual rancor we experience here.

I did promise to make my position known after I do my own investigation.

Based on the information available in this thread and others I could referenced, I couldn't establish that n3xt defrauded anyone (however, in one instance, he recommended someone who did). In my opinion, his major undoing in most of the cases was accepting to refund the complainants when it's not his fault only to halt the refund.
Pertinent questions for his accusers:
*if you recommend someone to do a work for Mr A and the person fails to deliver, should you be saddled with the responsibility of refunding?
*if Mr A gives you the go ahead to do a job and he later decide he doesn't want it again, will you refund for a job already done?
*as someone posted earlier, which fraudster put all his personal information out there willingly and knowingly?


To n3xt, I don't believe that any contractor is fighting you. The issues you failed to nib in the bud is; It doesn't mean that other contractors don't have issues but probably they've learnt the act of conflict management/resolution. Anyone doing a search of your profile would reach the same conclusion as your accuser if the person doesn't read through correspondences.

It's my last post on this. Note:I won't reply quotes of this.

I won’t hesitate to share 3strikes real names and addresses, his wife’s family name and address in Lekki; his threat messages and recordings; the phone numbers of himself and his friends that were used in threatening my family.

I’ve accorded him all the respect a client deserved but he brought his on himself if it gets this far.

I reported him already with relevant authorities as far back as 2015 and his case is already logged with ADL.

Read the thread, you’d see where brabus was praised for the way he handled the LASBCA officials when they visited the site. You’ll also read where brabus sold fake approval to the complainant.

What you won’t read is that the client discovered a major issue with his land hence the reason he said the approval is fake.
You won’t also read that the man who did approval for the complainant also did for his dad at the same time in different location.

There’s nothing I didn’t do to make sure the complainant follow me to LASG office in Ikota which is just 5 minutes to his residence so that we can go and fight dirty with the officer who gave us fake approval.

Brabus has to pay for the approvals because he walked away from a contract that was breached by the client and the whole world must know brabus gave fake approval

You won’t read the stories of private investigators who went to check the structural integrity of the building and other nairalanders who worked on the project after brabus and their terrible experience.
