My view on the rats that infested and prevented our president from resuming in Aso Rock could be an indication of the poor sanitary and environmental condition of the place. Rats stays in dirty environment. I am wondering what the million budgeted for Aso Rock is use for and if the government can not improve the environmental condition of Aso Rock how can they make Nigeria better? |
