Information has it that two heavily armed robbers pursued and intercepted a vehicle with government plate number at Paul Bassey street by brooks street, in the peaceful city of Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital.

No life was lost in the process. The armed robbers are said to have gotten away with a huge amount of money.

Unconfirmed report coming in has it that the Armed Robbers have been apprehended and arrested by Security operatives at Ibom Plaza.
