Hello VO,my mum petitioned for myself & siblings in Jan 2010 under the F1 category. Got married in 2012.last September we received a welcome letter from d nvc 2 commerce processing since our priority date was near.paid visa fees,filled ds260 forms & sent supporting documents.Only 2 receive a letter in March this year that our visas couldn't be processed further cos of our change in status.My younger brother who isn't married received an interview date & has even been granted a visa. My question now is I'm I to wait an extra 5years to allow my priority date to become current cos in the f3 category they are still in 2005.even though I was not originally filed for in that category.
