You are probably aware of a serious network downtime from 9mobile this week which led to nonavailability of network for many customers of 9mobile (formerly etisalat). While many subscribers have complained about how the downtime negatively affected their businesses and lifestyles, others have demanded for compensation. Now 9mobile seemed to have listened to its esteemed customers and has started crediting their account with airtime. My account has been credited and the screenshot is attached to this post.
