You do not have to be a constitutional lawyer to know that you have certain inalienable rights. They are called fundamental human rights.

If you have been cowed to relinquish yours, then you might see the point in kanu's actions.

Neither Buhari nor Nigeria constitution gave him those rights and they cannot take away same from him.

The only solution Nigeria government have right now is to conduct referendum. After referendum Nigeria government will have absolute power to arrest anyone standing their ways or threatening Nigeria or Biafra unity.

Let me give you an everyday example:

We all have freedom of movement right; it is a fundamental human right.

So when you see a 'Military Zone, Keep-off' sign anywhere you wish to enter, just walk in.
When you get to the gates of Aso Rock, demand to walk in without challenge or restrictions.

You will eventually appreciate the supreme Nigerian constitution.

in as much i don't support kanu and his ways of agitation - the fact still remains that the buhari led federal government is beginning to openly insult us igbos!

let it be know that so long as the arewa youths are still walking free after their treasonable and genocidal threat on the Igbos, any attempt to arrest Nnamdi Kanu will be seen as an act of war on the Igbos and it will surely push majority of us that are against Kanu to be his full supporters!

The Federal government should understand that this is no 1967 - this time the war will surely touch every part of Nigeria - even if u r in sambisa!

THE NORTH SEEMS NOT TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE IGBOS CANNOT AND WILL NEVER BE AFRAID OF THEM NOR ASSLICK THEM.

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD TREAD WITH CAUTION. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH angry

Your hypocrisy reeks.

Did Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB write a genocidal music about northerners in Igboland despite stating they don't like them.

I'll use Asaba and onitsha. In our side, under the head bridge, the hausa have made that area their safe haven. You go to the bridge you'll see several make shift housing made by the Hausa living there. Likewise within the city, there are more hausa/fulani to count. When you move to onitsha, the northerners population intensify. North in onitsha even have a fucking mosque built for them by the government of that state. Don't even get me started with Ebonyi which has way way too many northerners residing there that Ebonyi are mocked and called "aboki" as a joke by other SE simply because of the northerners high population in that state

Now despite IPOB activities as well as Preach for division, how many times have IPOB harassed the north residing in their community or wrote a genocidal song? Hell on FB there is a video in Enugu where they were discussing about the Oct 1st quit notice and they asked a fulani man residing in Enugu his opinion on it, supposedly he's the head of the fulani herdsmen in Enugu. The nigga was busy begging the government to intervene as he feared the act would be replicated to him and others in Enugu by the igbos One thing I noticed while he spoke, he appeared to be at the market during the interview. I bet every penny I have that there were ipob members or supporters at that market at the same fucking time but yet not one person attacked him despite clearly being something they don't like
Likewise also on Facebook there was a video of a hausa man that attacked an IPOB female supporter in Oyigbo river state by removing her ipob hat and shouting at her for supporting biafra. That gathered attention because the dude was surrounded by several people against him. The dude even started crying as he was surrounded which i don't blame him considering that country is known for jungle justice. So He could have even been killed, lynched or even beaten severally, they did not. They even went and got the ipob chapter leader of area to address the situation and yet the leader asked them to leave him be after he was made to apologize to the girl.
Again, some thing they don't like and have voiced it repeatedly yet display zero violence towards them.

Yet you dare show your hypocrisy. This, is why my hate for that useless, hateful niggeria country continues to intensify.

Ohaneze Good morning. Continue deluding yourself that "Nnamdi Kanu is brainwashing the youths. " na so brainwash be this one?

Don't mind them. Even now, the United Nations has called for the arrest of the Arewa Youths that made the Kaduna Declaration. Also, American lawyers are investigating the past killing of IPOB members.

All these activities are being carefully chronicled by the intl community and as such, is setting the groundwork for a clean breakup. The world knows where the resources are located, and that in itself is a powerful bargaining chip. Remember, Desert Storm happened in defence of the United States' oil rich buddies, Kuwait...

Lets see how things play out. Everybody is watching carefully

Telling people to donate money to buy weapons to fight against Nigeria is not a crime? Telling igbos to kill any yoruber or hausa asking about biafra is not a crime. telling igbo youths to attack yoruber pastors that come for crusades in the east is not a crime? When the FG is ready, they will pick him up like a common criminal that he is and he will be locked up. you ipods will make noise for one week and go back to your business. whatever trouble you will make will be in your region. any attempt to export your madness to other regions will be met with brute, force and fury.

All you have just listed are no crimes as no one has been attacked on account of all you listed. People have been making more grievous utterances in all the regions without any vilifications nor heeding the calls for arrest. The rearrest of Kanu will certainly polarize the already tensed atmosphere and quickens the actualisation of Biafra. Therefore, incarceration and brute force will never suppress the agitation.

In the first instance, asking for self determination is within his right and so doesn't amount to crime to warrant arrest. But he was arrested, not because he committed any crime, just out of hatred for his people and his audacity to dere the Government asking for the freedom of his people. As if the injustice was not enough, the court slammed him with outrageous bail conditions that further infringed on his fundamental human rights and you expect him to not to renege.
he wasn't arrested cos he asked 4 self determination. He was arrested 4 treason. In fact this whole hate speech thing actually started with him but that does not justify d arewa hate speech though. no matter how outrageous d bail conditions were, d point is that he saw them, read them, understood them, had professional advise from his counsel, family and friends regarding d conditions and he eventually accepted them.if he felt d bail conditions were going 2 further infringe on his rights he should have rejected them.nelson Mandela was at various times offered many opportunities 2b a free but he turned them down cos he wanted unconditional freedom. So was Aung san sun kyi who was offered freedom that infringed on her rights several times but she chose to remain under house arrest for 21years. they ended up writing his name in gold.u can't eat ur cake and have it.he cant say d bail conditions are an infringement on his rights yet he accepted it.who is he deceiving?

Hey, trespassing is against the law. Nobody can put military zone keep-off sign in a property that is rightful not theirs.

Take this from me, any day you wake up and see such sign posted in your personal house, tear it down and use it to wipe your butts.

Go to court and sue for infringment on your right.

Kanu's arrest will only polarize the atmosphere in the the east. They will protest and destroy their own properties and probably kill themselves. They can also attempt extinction if they decide to take their madness a step further by crossing their region to look for wahala in other regions. And you can follow him to court to tell the judge that telling people to kill hausas and yorubas who ask about biafrau.d is not a crime. telling ipod pigs to attack yoruba pastors is not a crime because the orders have not been carried out.

Until Niger delta elders and youths both in political parties stop being a sycophants because of appointment and contracts they seeking from Aso Rock.

Northerners are controlling all the oil industries in Niger delta and Biafraland.

I seek a job in some of the oil companies in port harcourt with good credentials, due to state of origin in my credentials, being told "WE WILL CALL YOU SOON" by the northerners in charge of the interviews.

Your state of origin and names without Muhammad not in credentials you know what the rest. Except you carry guns and start damaging pipelines, these northerners in our oil industries will never give us contracts.

The only freedom is to join hands together in demanding for Biafra Independent and resources control by the people of the regions.

He might be clear on his desire not to be a Nigerian but he has a Nigerian passport and he resides in Nigeria and consciously violated the constitution. You shouldn't ho to another country and violate their constitution, if you do then be prepared to face the consequences.

Oh yes! He will be judged and punished; he will face the consequences of his actions.

He has not violated any law as far as the United Nation charter on human rights exists. The fraudulent paper referred to as 1999 constitution, which you are hell bent to protect provides citizens with the right to withdraw their citizenship any time they so desire. So, it's not a crime to withdraw one's citizenship within a country and ask for self determination, which Kanu and his people are actively doing and they must be allowed to go.

Those bail conditions are not known to the universal laws of the right of a human so issuing them in the first instance was and still remains on a faulty foundation which can never stand anywhere expect in a zoo. These conditions are grave human rights abuses and it can never stand in any sane law court known to man! As a human he must enjoy his rights to freedom of movement, association, worship and speech and the Nigerian state can never take those rights away from him.
nnamdi KANU is literate.he can read and write. D bail conditions were presented 2 him.he read them and he understood them. he took advice from his legal team.he talked about it with his family and friends and he eventually accepted them. now no matter how u choose to c d bail conditions, draconian, undemocratic, infringement on kanus rights, d point is he accepted them not under duress but as a consenting adult.he wasn't forced.and d reason d govt offered him these bail conditions was cos he said he was sick.there are several freedom fighters dead and alive who were given these kind of restrictive bail conditions but they turned them cos of what u are complaining about.they rather stayed in captivity than accept half freedom. Dasuki for instance refused to go 4 his fathers burial cos he said he would rather stay in captivity than go 4 his fathers burial as a prisoner. But KANU was so eager 4 freedom. Ohaneze should be careful not to involve themselves with this con artist because doing so gives the impression that he has the support of Igbo nation in this his fraudulent adventure.
Point is that he has openly and brazenly abused his bail conditions and that is a ground to get him arrested. In my opinion and barring all forms of sentiments, Kanu's case and that of Arewa youths may not be weighed on with the same scale. FG is in order to seek Kanu's arrest for VIOLETING HIS BAIL CONDITIONS, but arresting him on charges of making inflammatory speeches without arresting the Arewa youths can be seen as double standard.
Ohaneze should be cautious and distance themselves from Kanu. Onye kpatara nku ahuhu si ngwere biaara ya oriri.
